Ordered a new rear tire online and had shipped to San Luis Obispo location. I brought my rim in at 5:50 pm on a Friday to drop off and the salesman tells me to hang around and he'll knock it right out.

I've always had difficulties finding a helmet that fit comfortable. At Cycle Gear, I was able to try on multiple styles and multiple sizes of individuals styles, including XL, 2XL and even 3XL (where the manufacturer makes a 3XL). It also helped that the sales staff was very knowledgeable about individual styles, brands, and models. I finally have a helmet I'll be able to wear all day without getting uncomfortable!
I'm a new rider and I went into CycleGear looking to get a helmet. They were very personable and pleasant. I was fitted into a helmet and the one I wanted wasn't in stock so they ordered it for me and had it delivered to my home. I received it within a few days and was astonished with how seamless the whole process was. I'll be going back for all my gear!
