I ordered the Fly Racing Street Illuminator Backpack. It arrived on the exact day and within the time frame as per the tracking number feature.

I was originally sold the wrong battery (didn't fit). When I took it back the salesperson was awesome and helpful getting my battery returned and the correct one ordered and shipped straight to me.

Haven't been able to ride yet to see the wind noise but it fits good and the design is awesome!

Fortunately, i read prior reviews that said the jacket ran small. I ordered a size 2XL (6'2-215lbs). Fits good, and slightly snug with a thick sweater underneath. Overall for the price, a good value.

My visor came in a different package but the rest of my items (2/3) came together on a different day. Everything was packaged very nicely with bubble wraps inside to make sure nothing was damaged :) thank you

I received a Jacket as a gift that did not fit. Return service was easy and fast

The item I was looking for was not available in the store, but the staff member was able to order the item and I was able to pick it up in store a few days later.

I placed an on line order for a Simpson helmet which was delivered within two days, but the helmet was one size to big. I followed there easy to understand return process, and ordered the correct size helmet, and again within two days had the helmet. The return process, and the refund went smoothly and timely with no hiccups. My experience with CycleGear went flawless, and extremely happy with the no issues process. Thank You CycleGear, and I recommend them to all, and will be using them again in the future.

Geriatric experience with cycle gear and pads arrived fast and they are great.

I had ordered a set of tires and was tracking them via-cycle gear and FedEx, I got an email stating that they had arrived in store so I go to pick them up when I walk in it "seemed " like they were super busy and there were about 8 people standing in line which would have been fine but after still waiting 15 minutes one of the cashiers, finally decided to acknowledge that we were all standing there waiting for him to stop talking to a buddy of his, he stated that he would have called us over had he known we were alaet well you have know if you were not chatting away to a friend, I finally made it to the counter and spoke to the woman that was working and told her I was there to pick up a set of tires, she went out back for about 15 seconds and said that they were not there I proceeded to show her the emails I got that they had been delivered the day prior. She then proceeded to tell me that that was not the right email I was pretty upset so as I went back out to my car I called customer service and spoke to them about the issue. He called the store and let them know that on his end he did see that they were delivered and signed by a manager the day prior after about another 15 minutes or so he came back on and let me know that they had found the tires and they were there. When I went back into the store the same lady was now laughing and joking with some of her friends she looked up and saw that I had returned to the store but did not acknowledge me whatsoever luckily the person who customer service had contacted was at the counter with my tires it was just a horrible experience terrible terrible customer service inside the store.

While I appreciated the smooth transaction, I did not care for the fact that I wanted my items faster and paid for the one-day shipping and got my products more than 10 days later. I will need to think twice about it before I shop at cycle gear.com
