Very easy online order, purchase and pick up at store.

Bought a Schuberth helmet. Purchase said it would take 5 to 7 days to ship. Didn't realize they meant business days! These days that's an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait. Shipped on the 7th day, delivery was delayed 2x, finally got the helmet 2+ weeks after I ordered it. Never going to use Cycle Gear online again.

I fount a helmet I liked but it was wrong color so ordered gloss black it arrived promptly and it is perfect. I love it.

Arrived quickly. Shocked it wasn't packed tighter with lots of material to keep the item from bouncing around inside and protect from shipment jarring. Hopefully won't affect long term reliability.

This is a great denim cut but it needs to improve a bit. As a club style cut, there needs to be a zip out liner or the patches get sewn into the liner. The inside pistol pockets are not pockets at all and are elastic holsters. There should be top snaps on the holster or they need to be enclosed pockets. The buttons are awesome and the zippers are good. It will bleed dye so wash it in cold water when you get it.

Even though I was riding a 15 year old helmet, CycleGear had the replacement liner and pads! Outstanding!

I have found the sales people at the Lawrenceville store to be very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They have been very helpful when needed, but also allowed me to browse on my own as I like to do.

My wife and I could not be happier with the Cardo Packtalk Neo! After doing some research and comparing brands, this was the best option for us. Great, loud sound, even with ear plugs and wind going through the helmet. Sound quality is great and easily heard. Talking on the phone is clear and the person on the line states it is very clear and no wind or motorcycle noise, even at 13,000 RPM!

Buying gift cards on the site is simple and quick. The gift cards were delivered promptly, too. Overall I recommend.

I'm not a huge fan of online shopping when it comes to motorcycle gear, but I decided to give it a try since I live quite a distance from the nearest Cycle Gear store. Product descriptions were accurate, sizing was on point, and the shipping was faster than expected! I am very satisfied with my purchases!
