Purchasing gear online is challenging. Styles and fit all vary greatly by manufacturer. Even though user reviews are helpful, it is not always perfect. Cycle Gear process on ordering and returns make the whole process user friendly and I never hesitate to order online!

I bought some tires and they have a warranty that I bought. Both tires warranted for $40,for the life of the tire. A pretty good deal.
Shopping experience at King of Prussia was superb - highly recommended! This order was supposed to be shipped to home address - software glitch resulted in helmet being shipped to store…not a big deal in this case.

Shipping time was not 2- 5 days. It took 48 hrs for items to get shipped after purchase. Had multiple unknown delays in shipping. One excuse was weather on a sunny day. Took 10 days to arrive. Will only buy items in stock, or maybe a store transfer in the future.

I was skeptical of how my new LS2 helmet would be. I hadn't seen one in the store and had to order it online, sight unseen. It arrived quickly to my local store and was perfect. The latest safety ratings and features, a light weight, drop down sun visor, and ALL below $200!
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
