My experience was great. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Will get all of my gear from there!
Stopped in to get some advice on shocks for my motorcycle, met with Tyler. Awesome guy and great advice.,, best part he knows his products… Thanks
When I originally purchased the HJC IS-17chin curtain for my HJC c70 helmet, USPS lost my package. After a week of waiting, I called customer service and they got right on it. They shipped me out a new one the next day. A few days later I got my HJC IS-17chin curtain. This is the reason for 4 stars. However, I love my HJC IS-17chin curtain. It makes it so that not as much air goes up into my helmet as well as keeping things from getting up into my helmet.
This has been a very unpleasant experience shopping. Here I bought a set of motorcycle slip on pipes and a removable shield. Within two hours of placing my order I called into cancel it. My bike purchase fell through. It is going to take roughly 3 weeks before I get my money back. They do not cancel items unless you call literally within five minutes of placing an order. I had to wait two business days for the items to ship and literally just returned one today. When you call Customer Service, they do not give a crap and tell you they know their system needs to be updated, but it is what it is therefore, I personally will not buy anything else from this company. Good luck to everybody.
My favorite boot at 50% off on close out! Hell yeah! I know own 4 pair and may never buy another motorcycle boot!
I love it when you clear out good stuff at a low price
We ordered at the store but since they didn't have the helmets we wanted (color) we ordered based solely on the picture online. We wanted high visibility colors (yellow and red) and these are awesome!
Normally wear a Large went down to a medium and still have plenty of room for a heavy mid layer if needed. Pants were spot on for size.
Went to check out the new Neotec 3 helmet
They had some in stock to try on but not the red.
Then helped get it ordered and shipped to me direct.
Also, put me on the call list for the new adapter for the Sena mesh system.
Had good experience and were knowledgeable.
I have shopped here 2 times now and 2 different employees helped me. STILL Impeccable service. I did gear up! Had a great team to make sure that I had all I expected and wanted to hit the road safe and comfortable.
Boots are rather narrow and are VERY stiff. Akmost as rigid as ski boots. Going to require a lot of effort to break them in.
Please be advised that i have accidentally been shipped the visors twice. I received a second set of two visors today. But i had already received two visors a couple days earlier. Please advise
Always welcoming and full of energy. Staff is always will to spend time and listen to my needs.
You should train your store employees to a greater extent. They need to be aware of the options available in the store, on-line and what is available in the market in general. I am more likely to purchase from a store that is truly knowlegeable in the total market. Cycle Gear has a lot but not everything. Be the source... If we don't have it i'll send you to someone who does have it and if customer demand is enough ask yourselves " why arent we providing a link to this". You want to be the First place customers go to whether they buy from you or not. Over time you should find those markets you you could best serve- add those and --accept that there are some areas you cannot address directly.
Good good stuff. Seriously good. Good. Good. Stuff.
Ordered front and rear tires for my BMW R1200 GS Adv. Order was received by the store, I went in with the front room to get the tire replaced, so far so good. After 4 days of no updates (their site lays out an ETA of a day), I called them up and was told their machine damaged my rim. Thankfully just cosmetic damage, some paint is chipped and rim is scratched. Apparently their machine doesn't work with tubeless spoked rims. When I asked if/how they handle other BMW R1200s, I got told "we scratched every last one of them" (!). The store manager did say they would be more careful about letting people know upfront in the future, and they didn't charge me for the
Tire replacement, so I'm thankful for that.
I now have to find someone else to replace the rear tire. And perhaps eventually, get the front one re-anodized. Frustrating experience overall!
Staff at my local cycle gear where I picked up my product was very professional and very welcoming
I went looking for a helmet and y found many choices with in the type of helmet I wanted. The price was reasonable and good quality and confortable.
Went to the Harrisburg store to make sure I was ordering the correct part.employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Made shopping and getting parts shipped easy also got a new helmet when I was there.prices are very reasonable.
Easy to buy on the website and the best time for deliver, You are doing great job.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
