Had a great experience at Cycle Gear.
They notified me when my in-store pickup was ready.
Unfortunately the KLIM S4 Baja jacket was too large so I returned it.
The KLIM Mojave pants were great.
Thanks,
My first Sedici jacket came unstrapped from my bike and drug on the ground ruining it. Without hesitation I ordered another one and I'm now back in business.
The pants arrived and fit exactly to the size I ordered. They seem to be more for cold weather than summer time.
Everything went well, but the helmet is too small. I chose a large because I have a "bilt" helmet that's a large. Apparently the electronics probably account for the difference in size.
Always enjoy perusing your motorcycle goods, especially your clearance/closeout section
Place an order for 2 Vans and Hines rain suck for 117 screaming eagle air fielder 2023 low rider st,and 2023 low rider s. The rain sucks fit properly over the air filter. Good quality, fast shipping. I think the price was a little higher than expected.
Went to the store to get a full suit, employee helped me get fitted for one by measuring me and let me try some on before I ultimately ordered one that I wanted. Great experience and would 100% recommend to my riding buddies!
Easy online transaction, in store was just as easy. The staff today have been more than helpful and informative. I love doing business with you all so far. I've bought several helmets and other gear. Will be doing more business with again soon.
Ordered the new set of tires and had them installed well within on week from order date. (24 hour turnaround time after dropping my wheels off). Extremely satisfied!
Range of products, rpm membership, ease of finding and shipping products, super fast shipping
Salsemen came over and siggested the helmets. The two helmets fit perfectly. We love the built in sunvisor. The design
Is awesome and The price was right.
The last couple times I've visited cycle gear, it been a pleasant experience. Staff is polite and helpful.
The store staff assisted et in selecting the best fit for my bike.
Jonathon was extremely helpful over the phone in helping me order a new helmet. I came into the store to authorize the purchase, and the helmet was delivered as promised in a timely manner. Excellent customer service (a rarity these days). Thanks, Jon!
The shipping box Cycle Gear had no shipping protection measures. The helmet was just in a cardboard box with a cardboard triangle void filler and the shipping box had a crumbled up flat piece of paper on the top. A shipping box has 6 sides. Scorpion won't answer or respond to and email within a week July 7-13th and Cycle Gear said that's how all helmets are shipped. Fed Ex recommended shipping protection either bubble wrap or shipping peanuts. LS2 and Arai sent an e-mail stating they place bubble wrap and other protective measures when shipping. Cycle Gear is not held to the standard of shipping a helmet correctly. Bubble wrap is recyclable and every piece of used motorcycle parts I've ever ordered has been protected when shipped however when you order a new helmet it's tossed in a box and sent. Makes no sense.
Thank you had adjustable air/fuel screws that will help a lot.
As a long-time Revzilla customer, I purchased almost all my cycling needs through them. I had seen the Cycle Gear stores but never went into one. Then I was in the market for a new hot weather jacket and decided to try Cycle Gear to try on some different models. What a wonderful surprise when I walked in and was immediately greeted by a super friendly and extremely knowledgeable salesman. He answered my questions and they even had the jacket I wanted in stock. I then was delighted to learn that Cycle Gear and Revzilla have joined forces. This is perfect because the exemplary customer service and product selection I've received through the years is now available at a brick and mortar store with an amazing selection and a similar level of customer service. I also joined the RPM program and already reaper the benefits of that. I can't imagine buying from another source other than Cycle Gear/Revzilla - this is the position that companies strive to be in and these guys have achieved that for my cycling needs.
Online shopping makes it easy for parts for my bike when I plug in the info.
Love my helmet and gloves. Received everything I paid for in good condition and was able to pick up with no hassle.
We bought a new helmet for my 9 year old grandson for are family vacation. I was worried we wouldn't receive it in time. I called customer service. They had it shipped overnight to me. What great customer service. Very happy
This is hilarious! There's a minimum on how many characters I can put here. So now I'm going to babble about why this is ridiculous. Instead of some sort of review for cycle gear I should have been able to put one four-letter word good. My experience was good but instead I'll say this is f****** ridiculous
There's that 50
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
