So far I'm very happy with the items I ordered, as well as the helpful filtering system for finding the gear you are looking for. I will caution I had experienced difficulty actually *buying* anything, as my order cancelled several times (perhaps because of an issue with my VPN?). Anyways, in the end I had customer service get involved and they resolved the issue

So. I never got an e-mail from any purchase order or RPM rewards but I did get this email. My email is not blocking or going to spam.

I went into bc the side bracket for my visor that locks it in broke,so he did told me order it which i did. Like guys I AM NOT A HANDYMAN, NOT VERY HANDY, SO any help is needed. I was just wanna drive my bike and change a few things. Thank you for help as alwys

Certain face shields and Pinlocks are compatible with certain helmets. You should add links for compatible accessories to find them easier.

Went to store in Columbus to actually see helmets available. I had to ask salesperson to assist us. Helmet purchase was for my wife and she just tried helmets on until she found one that would work. The color she wanted was not in stock so we ordered helmet and Cardo communicater, which was sent to our residence. Received quickly.

The delivery was fast and I loved the product! I loved that they shipped to Alaska too!

I went into cycle gear the lady who helped me was super nice I bought half of what I needed and shipped the rest to my home free. Couldn't have asked for a better customer service person and the package came exactly as stated quickly and on time.

Quick shipping and had exactly what I needed. Prices are always good as well.

One of the mirrors came in chipped. I'll be returning them shortly. Cycle Gear was great though!

Reax Castor perforated gloves are true to size, we're comfortable even on first ride. Not gauntlet gloves but not so short they don't protect your wrists. Cycle gear has great service.

They fit fine, even though I'm usually a 47, they were out of that size, so I went with the 46 and it's still a little big bigger than expected. Great ventilation and breaks in easily.

The service is just fabulous. The guy who help me to check my size and check personally if the race suit fits perfect, my gob just amazing service.

Everything was as expected and fairly priced, however for the cost associated with the tire mounting I would have appreciated staff cleaning up the wheels, at least cleaning the glue/stickers from the balancing weights

The order I put in was a pretty long one. Every part and piece was box perfect. The shipping was faster then expected and the whole experience was pleasurable.

Your site is difficult if not impossible to navigate on mobile, you have items listed that are completely out of stock and unavailable and you participate in Pink Tax. Your product descriptions are vague, you have very little for the smaller structured, and you're far too curt in store.
