Went in to try on gear. They didn't have everything I wanted in store so made a guess at the pants and jacket sizes. Jacket was good, pants didn't fit. Took them in to exchange. Style was being retired so I received a refund painlessly.

CycleGear always ships promptly and accurately. The bigger the order, the longer it might take to ship out, but I've never had orders take longer than a few days to fulfill.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
