Everything I ordered arrived on time and in good shape. Very satisfied with the experience.

Fairly easy to navigate the website. I would prefer the dirt bike category to have a section below it for protective gear and sub menus for each type.

Any time I go into a CycleGear and bed help, the people are very friendly. Returns are easy and their prices are competitive

First time ordering this type of gear for my kids. I purchased a mini bike and wanted to make sure safety is a priority. Great selection, being new to learning on how things should fit properly was a lil challenging. Over all great experience

Had to do a little fact-finding between site videos, reviews, and sizing charts because AlpineStar is notorious for weird sizing, but I was able to get a jacket and pants set that fit me perfectly. Both parts arrived ahead of schedule and were in mint condition. I could not be more satisfied, although I had to do a lot of careful sizing consideration up front.

The good, Shipping was a lot faster than expected, product seems to be good. The bad and ugly... The box looks like it was ripped open 3 times and re-taped, the side of the box was torn open to the point to can just reach in and grab whatever. Glad I have trustworthy neighbors.
I'll still order from them, hopefully it's just a one time thing.

Bought this to easily handle putting on race tires, I'm 67 and not getting any younger.

First if all, ordering was a breeze. I liked the fact that I could have the ordered shoes shipped to a Cycle Gear store - awesome! No Porch Anxiety! The shoes are truly spectacular and the delivery experience was fast and the staff at the Redwood City store were extremely friendly and courteous, they offered to let me try the shoes on in the store, top notch vibe and customer service. The store was slick and lot's of good stuff in there, I had to avoid temptation. I highly recommend ordering from (or shopping at) Cycle Gear.
