Cycle Gear has been around for decades, and their management model is on display at the San Jose Cycle Gear. Not only do they have multiple staff that are experts in their products, but I've also received great contacts with other related vendors when Cycle Gear didn't have my sizes (kevlar lined jeans in 36Wx38L).

Product arrived when promised and appears to be in good condition. My only disappointment was that my tire had a date code showing it was around 1.5 years old. Probably not a huge deal, but when you order a new tire it would be nice to get one that was produced more recently.
I was researching different sizes of a Puig windscreen to match one I already had, albeit damaged in a topple. This Cycle Gear site helped me match an image of the Plus size to what I've got. Genius!
Ordered Rox Riser for my 96 Harley Bad Boy. Riser didn't work with the wide springer handle bar clamp. I explained the problem and was given a full refund. Cycle Gear has always had great customer service!
I ordered 2 Black wiring harnesses and they sent 2 Red wiring harnesses and they will stick out and be easily seen. They don't address the width of your feet and when I ordered my heated socks and got them, I couldn't get them but half way up my foot. I had to order a different brand name heated sock because they had sold out of the biggest size Gerbing like I wanted. Customer service was very helpful with the return of the heated socks that wouldn't fit.
Delivery date kept changing and was delivered almost a week later than the original delivery date despite only being 6 hours away. Other than that I am very pleased with the shopping experience and the product itself.
