I ordered a set of tires for my Honda CFR300. I had them delivered to the local CG store for my convenience. I was able to track the shipment with their website and were delivered when promised. No issues.

Within two hours of placing an order for tires, I realized that I had made a crucial error with one of the two. I dialed-up Cycle Gear and had a pleasant female agent handle my mishap with aplomb! She corrected the order expeditiously and shipping still got it to me in two days! A positive experience to say the least! In the words of A. Schwarzenegger, "I'll be BACK!"

I went into the store to inquire about a brand of riding helmet. I was given multiple options and eventually settled on the icon helmet I ordered.

Second time buying these boots. First pair lasted 4 years of daily use. Hoping this pair lasts as long if not longer. Incredibly comfortable boots and the waterproofing is amazing

Customer service like this is hard to find - the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and patient as we asked a ton of questions to get a new teen dirt bike rider fitted with all the right protective gear. We ended up needing to order boots for his size and they came two days later! Unheard of shipping speed from an in-store order! So thankful we found this place, we won't go anywhere else now!

The staff in the shop was incredibly helpful, nice, and gave lots of information to a new rider. They encouraged me to try on different gear, gave feedback and information on items I was looking at. They also made sure my order was correct and I was comfortable with my purchase. Will be back.
