I had a new employee helping me and was a little put off by how the apparent manager was speaking with her. She was obviously discouraged but she helped me the best she could. I appreciated her help.
I needed bag liners for my 2019 BMW R1250 RT saddlebags and these were the best I could find for my bike. They fit the saddlebags perfectly. They also have an expansion zipper that will allow the bags to fill up the saddlebags completely. Or leave them zipped and it will leave some room in the bags for other items.
Cycle Gear is always great place to shop for motorcycle stuff.

Ordering with cycle gear was great and large selection. I was surprised the local store did not have the ability to change the tire and was directed to use a local shop. This was fine, but did not comply with cycle gear tire rate fee.

Found the item I wanted easily and service was quickly processed and received two days before expected.
The floor was a little understaffed. There was only one person at the checkout counter helping someone install a Cardo in their helmet. Once they finished, the rest of the pickup process was very easy.
Bought tires online and picked them up in the store. I tried other online retailers and Cycle Gear had the best prices.

I ordered a set of tires for my Honda CFR300. I had them delivered to the local CG store for my convenience. I was able to track the shipment with their website and were delivered when promised. No issues.

Within two hours of placing an order for tires, I realized that I had made a crucial error with one of the two. I dialed-up Cycle Gear and had a pleasant female agent handle my mishap with aplomb! She corrected the order expeditiously and shipping still got it to me in two days! A positive experience to say the least! In the words of A. Schwarzenegger, "I'll be BACK!"

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
