Happy to receive my orders in a fast delivery time. I actually had to do a return and contacted customer support and they were very helpful. Great products and great customer service via online and aty local store location.
The shopping part of the purchase online was perfectly fine. The taking almost 2 weeks to get my order was horrible, and the continously changing delivery days was terrible too.
Great products color was off on the gloves I ordered but cycle gear got me right with some different gloves and saved myself a couple bucks great customer service cant complain at all.

Wether it's for gear or to just look around, the associates at the country club and Southern location are fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and always easy to talk to about anything motorcycle related. I'll always go to this location even if I move to another part of the state. I went in for some decent riding boots and was pleasantly surprised at the selection and styles, as well as the prices.

The helmet I bought was too large, so I ordered another online. That came within a few days. While waiting I returned the first to a local store for a refund, which was quick and easy.
I went to the store and wanted a specific helmet but wasn't sure what size. Aaron was very helpful in guiding me in sizing. He even helped me order the helmet I wanted since the store did not have my size in stock. And when I came to pick up my helmet, he even installed my Cardo unit also. All around a great experience!

Sarcastic and argumentative customer service, misleading delivery time, no updates whatsoever, and in fact I was told that since I called asking $#*! the item that they would not reach back out to me.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
