Got my PC, around 4200 for the build, i9 *******k, rtx 3080ti, 2 1tb SSD's. Installation of windows was corrupted, cool no big deal spent a day fixing that. First time a game runs on full speed, the case fans break and start smacking screws. So I submit the RMA request to get it fixed, that takes about 2 weeks in itself to get approved then a week shipping it there, time for repairs and a week shipping it back. I get it back today and the "repairs" they did were removing screws from the case fans and bending the frame they sit on and breaking the graphics card/motherboard slot so now it's worse off than before.
I ordered a gaming computer online and paid a total of $1849. 00 in Nov. 2021. After a few weeks the computer was delivered to my door and I signed for it, later that evening I opened the package and plugged the computer with a brand new monitor I had purchased elsewhere. It was annoying that my next thought was that I was not happy having done business with this company and thought to send this back for full refund. There was no image or graphics on the monitor even though the monitor was on and connected properly. I even tried other monitors and nothing, no image. I could see through the side glass of the tower that it looked a little empty inside. I opened the tower and took a picture and sent them by email to this company on the very same evening that I had discovered this. Their reply was that based on the picture I sent the Graphics card and two sticks of RAM were missing. They said that if I decided to return this item, they would send me a refund MINUS the price of the missing parts.
This company response was that their records show that computer was complete with all the parts. I have no idea about that, all I know is that they sent me a product that I ordered that had missing parts which made this item completely inoperable.
They did not show concern or a desire to investigate in good faith regarding this issue. They just decided immediately to say I will be charged for any missing parts. They did not try to work with me or try to provide a solution, only that they will charge me for the missing parts that I never even saw before.
At least they should have offered to investigate. Maybe their records were falsely produced intentionally or by error. Maybe they have a thief that took the parts from the computer after it was reported that the computer was completed. I was a customer, now I am the victim of theft or just a victim of fraud by this company. I spoke to some guy named David who refused to say anything other than the computer was complete and all the parts included. I did ask to speak to a manager or someone with a higher level of authority and he said no one else would talk to me about this, and that he was the highest level person in the company that I would be able to talk to. I searched the company directory and found the email of the CEO Eric Cheung and other executives and wrote email to them too and to this day none of them responded to my emails. I guesstThat David guy was correct I will not be able to speak about this to anyone else and therefore I am the victim of a con, fraud, wire fraud, unable do anything to get them to treat me right. So I decided to post this story. You can trust me that I am telling the truth or not. I advise anyone to never do business with this company or risk to be the next victim of theft by these guys.
Absolute trash pc, as soon as I opened it from the box you could hear parts of the pc jingling around on the inside. Worked for a little while but kept noticing it would shut off randomly… found out the graphics card (2060s) kept coming unseated. Normally that is not an issue however, the junk motherboard on this PC for whatever reason couldnt hold the graphics card in place. Also all the parts from the wires to the switches are cheap junk I paid somewhere around 1400 for this pc and I will never again buy a cyberpower PC EVER absolute garbage junk. After a while say about a year the graphics card decided to stop working entirely…. The computer just couldn't recognize it or something because it wouldn't even booty up. In the end I decided to not even deal with their terrible customer service and I smashed the computer into pieces because it is such $#*!ing junk do yourself a favor and buy a name brand like ASUS, Alienware or, Hp thanks $#*! cyberpower their prices should literally be cut in half for the absolute junk parts they use.
I gave it 4 stars because the cpu cooler that comes with it will never let it get cool enough to perform properly. Everything else is fine in this system. I went on youtube and found a video to replace the cpu cooler for $40 without much trouble. Here is the link to the cpu cooler update process. The guy even has videos on upgrading the cyberpowerpc with upgrades.
https://youtu.be/yfj9u8QeY1A
All of the prebuilts seem to have a problem with the cpu cooler stock fan and brick. This one has the problem but is easy to solve.
Will preface this by saying the first one I bought (same exact model and specs) died shortly after I got it, but that was likely because I tried installing more RAM before even booting it up for the first time. If you buy your gaming PC from a store like Best Buy, they'll be more than happy to exchange it for another if something goes wrong and it doesn't work properly. I returned it and got another, actually waited for everything to set up before I installed my RAM this time, and boom! Best PC I've ever had, it keeps telling me to turn all my games settings up HIGHER! Including heavily modded Skyrim, Just Cause 3, etc.
As for the price of the PC, it was amazing! Operative word being WAS. When I bought it, the chip shortage and pandemic supply chain breakdown weren't fully in effect. Also they appear completely sold out of most places close to the holidays, I got mine before November last year. I would never buy a gaming PC direct with to-customer shipping. In person with return policy is the only way to go.
I would rate my satisfaction with my prebuilt CyberpowerPC desktop at 10/10, never required support/assistance from the company themselves as the AMD software that came with the computer kinda manages everything automatically, literally making sure everything is stable after each update, and Best Buy makes sure they work at the store and they have a return/exchange policy.
OEM Parts Excellent as expected. Customer Service and "House" brand. Purchased a mid-tower gaming pc MSI Motherboard, Intel CPU, Corsair Mem, etc and Cyber - NR640 case. All came neatly pkg'd but case HDD rack were missing. 5 weeks later still going thru pointless BS w/ no end insite. Customer Service is laffable.
Cyberpower laptop configuration is pretty good. BUT the person who builds the laptop are Not professional enough,{Touchpad}the most basic software will be missed. And server not good. Because i just buy a $1500+. Cyberpower laptop, and touchpad not working. When i check the laptop.no touchpad software driver there. And Can't find their software online. I email them. Tell them send me a touchpad software driver. 2days pass still No one responded to me. I think this is sample problem, just send me a touchpad software, install and problem solve。hope they can send me a laptop software driver. Other brand laptop if we need some software driver, will very easy find software driver online. Download install done. Also when normal use laptop temperature show 53-60. When i play a game. Temperature will up to 73-76. Sometime will up to 80. Putting your hands on the computer is feel hot and The fan sound is very loud most of the time when i play the game. This kind temperature and loud sound i dont know it's normal or not? Maybe it normal. BUT laptop no touchpad software driver is 100% is not normal, because this is the second time buy laptop. First time i buy a acer nitro 5 an517 for my son. That's very good one. Never have this kind problem. Hope they can manage better and stop making basic mistakes. Especially in the computer software part, it is really important. As your customers and consumers use your products, there will be little problems in the future and no matching software will be found.
And send me a Software solve the sample Problem. Thank you.
If someone have cyberpower laptop touchpad software driver, please send to me.

My experience with CyberpowerPC support can be summarized as follows:
Support requests via email automatically being closed without a response from a person.
Hour long hold times, only to be redirected elsewhere for more holding.
Chat support that is no faster to get you assistance than over the phone.
I ordered a PC from CyberPower PC June 23 2021. The first attempt at ordering was nullified because their website wouldn't process my payment. I had to reorder 2 days later and that cost me an additional $50 because the discount I had tried to use was no longer in effect. The PC was processed and shipped on July 19 2021. When the PC arrived the GPU was dead on arrival.
In trying to call customer service to get an RMA I was consistently presented a wait time of 5-7 minutes. That was a lie as wait times were well over 1.5 hours on multiple days because who has that kind of time to sit and wait on the phone. I was finally able to RMA the dead GPU and that shipped back to them on July 27th. It was delivered on August 1st but was not acknowledged as received until August 14. A second video card was sent out on Sept 17 and arrived on Sept 22. This GPU was also DoA.
Repeat of the process of trying to get a hold of customer service for RMA, shipped card back on October 8 and was delivered on October 14. Delivery was acknowledged as received on October 22. No status updates since then though status has been requested.
If I were you I would find an alternative to CyberPower PC for your computer needs. Their components are clearly sub par, and their customer service is abysmal.
Purchased gaming Pc from B&H. Spent a few weeks trying to trouble shoot it and concluded the graphics card was faulty. After an hour hold with Cyberpower, they sent me a voucher to mail the PC for them so they can replace the faulty card. After two weeks, the computer was sent back with dented case and broken parts. Clearly this was dropped at Cyberpowers facility as the box/packaging was not damaged. I asked for a new computer and they said Nope. They won't do it. But they would repair it. What a joke! Sell a faulty product, and send it back broken as a repair. Zero confidence in this company. Don't buy Cyberpower.
You're way better off going to a near Micro Center, Best Buy, etc... even Newegg PC Assembly for $90 is way better off. I bought a gaming PC and instantly noticed a few damages during shipping which I understand can happen. I called up their customer "support/service," you have a better chance reaching the President than these guys. Not supportive at all. So I put the small dents to the side. Nothing was done to the configurations in the BIOS. It wasn't recognizing the RAM speed, fans were all set for out-take, so no fresh air coming inside the case. The graphics card began having issues, it would reset every time I would try to run a game. Even something light, that doesn't have a heavy load on the GPU. I disassembled the entire computer and did not find any damage to hardware or cables not connected.
I've had this PC like this for over a year now and I did try to get a replacement graphics card to see if that would help. The new graphics card was a hassle to get. I had to leave my credit card as a hold, which is normal. It took these guys about a week just to process "the paperwork." Another week to receive the item. When I got the replacement GPU I noticed that it was all scratched and it had dust built up. Only meant this was a used graphics card. It almost looked like the card was being used in a mining rig because of all the damage and wear on it. There was no way this was a new GPU.
I spoke with their representative and received a rude comment about that's how they run their business and this is their company policy. So I just purchased a new gaming computer which is not working properly and they send me a used hardware to replace my "new broken one." That doesn't seem right to me. So they send me this company policy the size of a bible to read and upon looking at their policy they apparently use "refurbished, used hardware and equipment," to fix any issues. So that had me wondering if the components I purchased through them are legit new equipment. It can't be, because I'm having all these issues with the computer.
At this point I've been pretty much on my own and I've had to get a new power supply unit, I've changed all the cables on my computer. I've run many benchmarks and equipment software to see where the problem is coming from. I've yet to find out what's going on with the computer. I tested out the RAM, that's not the problem. I've always kept the drivers and windows up to date. I did a stress test on my GPU and nothing causes it to shut off. It seems like there's an issue with providing power to the GPU when it's a heavy load.
But AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. You're better off going elsewhere to have your computer built. It's not worth the stress and time wasted when you're looking to relieve some stress from your everyday hustle. Gaming should be fun and keep your mind off problems. I got nothing but headaches dealing with these guys.
I purchased a pc for 2700 and it arrived with no GPU. I purchased this CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 - 1TB SSD - Black
I would advise everyone to check the PC before leaving the store. This is the first time I have ever had a PC arrive missing components. I will never purchase from CyberPower PC again.
Spent $3,000 on a high end gaming PC; CyberPower gave me a date, then delivered it a month off of schedule when I was out of town. Called them multiple times, they said UPS wouldn't leave the PC without signature. They dumped it outside, it was stolen, and CyberPower has basically wiped their hands clean and refuses to activate their insurance with UPS, find the PC, or do anything to address. On top of that, Patricia who manages claims, was horrible to me on the phone - RUDE, downright mean, despite they messed up and my package never showed up. They are forcing me to contact my credit card company. Honestly SHOCKED at how they treated me, and now I'm out $3k and a computer. DO NOT do business with them, you will regret it, as I have.
The deal and shipping was good the rest was horrible.
I bought this Pc because I wanted to play games with intense graphics. I made sure that when buying the pc the graphics card would support what I was looking for. Once it arrived I was excited to play, turns out that when I try to run any of these games my pc crashes and resets. I checked the requirements for the games and its not an issue with my pc not supporting it. My Graphics card just does not work. I contacted customer support and was able to get my card replaced., however you have to pay for shipping to get the broken parts there, and once they receive them you have to wait for them to send the new ones back. I can still watch shows on the computer without it crashing, but I cannot use the pc for the sole reason I bought it. The customer support is bad, and my product came broken. I would not buy from them again.
I received my PC two months ago.
Good company in my experience. They can be called and you can most often talk to your order service rep, however, they're usually in a hurry to end the call or get to the next one. Not flexible, will not make any changes to order and will ask that you cancel and remake the order even while waiting on parts. Research parts thoroughly to avoid this inconvenience. This is on you, but they could help some.
PRODUCT: (See Product info for specs below)
Boxes are well packaged with tons of cardboard! I've had my machine for 2 months now, ZERO issues. No crashes, runs at reasonable temps under stressful loads. One RAM card side/heat dissipator (Thin cosmetic aluminum siding) appears to be bent, spreading it from the heat sync of the inner-components but was easily re-formed into shape without issue. Works functionally and remains at reasonable temps under stressful loads.
No faulty or under-performing components, computer benches in the 74th percentile of computers with the same components across all areas on average. (better than 73 of 100 of the same build, this is good!)
I'd recommend this company to a friend, with some guidance as to optimal part selection.
Firstly, I've been excited for this PC since late March. The shipping took over a month. Still super excited to receive it. Second, it didn't have WiFi capability (for us non-tech savvy people that should've been mentioned upon purchase). Third, it came with a disc to install software and no drive (again, should've been mentioned). Fourth and most important, it abruptly shut off and died on me within a week of having it in my possession. Turns out, they power supply tanked. You may be wondering- it's a brand new PC... how did it die in a week? Well, I am wondering the same. When agreeing to receiving a new PS and having a hold place on a payment card until I send back the old one, I did not expect that process to not even start (were on day 4 now) until lord knows when. Then, once that goes through I need to wait ANOTHER 7-10 for the product to be shipped to me. All of this- absolutely not my problem. When asking if they can expedite the shipping, they told me that would be an extra charge. Why if your company messed up? Also speaking about customer service- the employees are certainly lacking in that department. Instead of empathy, respect, and integrity; I received a callous, rude, and demeaning response. This company is more worried about bringing in new customers with their deals and sales rather than rectifying ongoing issues with their CURRENT customers. The company is one of the worsts I've ever bought with. Long story short, I do not recommend and please do your research before buying from Cyberpowerpc. Try not to look at old reviews but look at the newer ones, you may be shocked they are not so good.
They do not answer tech support calls and they sent me a broken computer. I payed 3400 and got a hunk of metal that does nothing and I have tried for the entire month to get ahold of them for a repair or a refund and they don't respond or answer. The return period is now up and I will have to try and get it repaired elsewhere. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Avoid these guys. Ordered a $4.6k machine, with lots of upgraded stats, including upgraded RAM. When I got the machine, the RAM ran at 2.4Ghz instead of 4 I paid for. That's because the RAM wasn't on the motherboard manufacturer's QVL list.
When I called tech support, they offered either a partial refund for the RAM (why partial?) or to send me other, generic sticks, with no guarantee they'd work any better. In general support was unhelpful bordering on rude.
I'm never shopping with these guys again.
This company is known to be really bad with their customer support. However, I took the leap, and tried them anyways, because their prices are so good. The problem is, they didn't have what I ordered. It took 3 months to get ahold of them (benefit of the doubt because of Covid) to find this out. The problem is, they changed the number they go by on the PC from what it was originally on my invoice. On top of that, they took the liberty of changing my RAM of choice with their free RAM and gave me half the amount I ordered. So, when I contacted them about this, they keep saying that the PC doesn't match the invoice I took a screen shot of from their site. Note, it is the only invoice I have through them, and the only PC I own from them. So, now they are refusing to replace the RAM or sending me 2 more 8gb sticks to make the amount of 32gb that I ordered.
Week after expected delivery date and no answer about my PC. Contacting them and not able to even get an status update about my order. I Just cancel my order.
Answer: They sell inferior hardware, and can't seem to diagnose issues without breaking the hardware. It's not a scam in the traditional sense. You'll definitely get something, it just won't be worth the money, and dealing with them isn't worth the stress or time.
Answer: Wanted a custom build machine with two video cards. Few companies do that, and most of those are for the uber gamer which I am not.
Answer: Get ahold of them? Not hard, just a long wait. But them being able to assist you appropriately and in a meaningful way? Not really.
