I have no complaints about the product itself. I wish the tracking was more detailed though, it said that I was only getting part of it and split up the tracking, but I received it all in one order and the rest of the stuff was inside of one of the wheel boxes. Other than that I am very happy with my order.

I placed an order for an item shown as "in stock" on the website. Several days after getting an order confirmation, I was notified the product I had ordered was on backorder and not expected to be resupplied.
I worked with the agent to select an alternate product. Agent assured me the product was in stock in the warehouse and ready to ship.
Weeks later, several emails and phone calls to find out what was going on, and I got the whole routine. I don't care about x, y, or z, do not tell me something and then change it to fit your rhetoric.
I'm tired of we, the consumers, paying for product a month or more before the vendor even has it on hand to sell. Use your own damned money to stock up.
Anyway, product finally showed up, didn't need the expensive "you have to have them" lug nuts. Didn't need the sticker.

Everything was perfect great service and got to me in about 2 weeks which is what they said! Only thing is my rims have beed locks and they came in gold but I ordered silver.

Custom Offset made it easy to find the wheels I wanted for my '09 Civic Si. I was able to see pictures of cars like mine with different wheel setups, which helped me determine the size and offset I was looking for. The ordering process was easy to navigate and I'm glad I could get a wheel/tire package that came ready for installation. I had the package shipped directly to my mechanic and they installed it and did an alignment. My car rides like new and has a lot more swag to it now (I think).

Finding the right set up for my truck was super easy just based on the simple fact that the gallery has so many pictures of what my truck could look like, made the whole process smooth and easy, wheel and tire set up arrived a week ahead of my estimated delivery date. Overall extremely pleased with custom offsets, truck looks badass!
