Experience wa irrbut not great. Love my wheels, ordered lug nuts, and got a shirt, whe I called and spoke to sales rep on the phone. Opened the wheels, and they were awesome and fit great, but no lug nuts, and no shirt. I had to call back to get lug nuts and not the best customer service I hoped for, was told there are pictures of lug nuts being put in with wlyour wheels. I definitely did not have my lug nuts, so could not get wheels put on for anothe 4 days. Was not a killer on the deal, but as you know, when you get you new things for your truck, especially wheels it is killing you to get them on. I did receive my lug nuts, no shirt but still happy all around.

Easy and convenient. Customer service was very informative. At first they emailed saying that the rims would not fit unless it had spacers. I contacted them, they reached out to the manufacturer and straightened everything out. My car was able to receive the order that I had placed originally. Very happy with the order. Wheels stand out and are awesome. Definitely will order again from offset when I get a truck. Thank you again

Order a wheel and tire package. Expressed I wanted black lug nuts. When the order popped up it had chrome on. I call back twice and was assured they would be black. Wheels showed up and not only were they chrome but did not even fit the wheels. Called the person that sold them to me and he could not be bothered to help he passed me on to customer service and the said the would have the correct nuts sent out that day. An hour later I received a email stating the nuts were out of stock. I call again was told someone would call me back about the issue. That never happened called again the next day and finally spoke to someone who helped me. Wheels and tires were fine had to wait an extra week to get the correct lug nuts. Sale person was my best friend till the sale was made then turned into a ghost. Having call repeatedly for an issue that should have been corrected before shipping is just sad. Oh and the guy who repeatedly txt my phone trying to upsell me stuff I didn't need was obnoxious to. I will not be use this site again.
Matthew - We do apologize as it seems there was some clear disconnect on your order as depending on the application, certain lugs are not available. For example, should you have a wheel with a center cap that covers the lugs, we would only provide chrome lugs. However, it seems in this case that may have not been true.
