When I received my wheels I was missing 10 of 24 lug nuts, I had to purchase 10 on my own and then custom offset took $30 off my payments which was fine but then I had to purchase a whole set of 24 more because they didn't match. I would have preferred to get my remaining lug nuts instead but wasn't asked.
