I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend. I ordered an extra large because he wears large or extra large in regular shirts. Well, it was goalie size. He couldve worn complete goalie gear under it. A couple of weeks ago we had it altered and they did a fantastic job. So he finally was able to wear it a year later. The jersey is very well made, and now it looks amazing. I shouldve ordered a medium and it wouldve been much better. But it worked out in the end.

The owner is an A$$ hole! So rude! I ordered a Hockey Jersey (that is supposed to be original) Mid November for a friend. I was advised I would receive mid-December, time for Christmas. So on the 13th of December I called their office. When I called the office line, it was 4 pm my time and 6 pm their time. I was expecting to leave a message for someone to call back. But to my surprise someone answered. I started to ask a simple question. I said I ordered a Jersey through you guys and just curious as to your thoughts on the delivery. He cut me off quickly and said, 'Do you know what time it is here?" "You have to email that request in with your order #!" I said, Sorry, I am just a little concerned on the delivery date considering Christmas is right around the corner. He aggressively said If you ordered it at the time you said, our shipping is mid-month!" I jokingly said, "Would you like me to call back in 2 days?" This even made him more mad! I asked do you think this is great customer service? I asked if I could speak to the owner (I own 3 business myself, successful ones, and I figured the owner needs to hear how this guy is treating his customers), well guess what, it was the owner. He said, "I am the owner." I literally said, "you gotta be kidding me?!" Then of all things, laughed and hung up! I tried calling back now being mad, and no answer. I did receive the Jersey the following week. *****BUT *** they are not original jerseys! Plus why is he charging U.S. funds when being based in Canada?
It is unfortunately funny that after this happened, I went online to read reviews... and guess what. I don't ever write reviews. But this clown is horrible!

Painfully slow, communication averse and reading comprehension challenged. CTJ's Tom is the rudest, most incompetent excuse for a human being. Poor Tom can't even be bothered to read his customers' emails nor can he answer basic questions. The poor quality jersey offered is over priced garbage.
First time to order with this site. Good service and good quality jerseys. And I usually bought jerseys from www.jerseysvip.ru, this company has 7 years jersey trade experience. Lots of styles can choose. Also usually have big promotion
Avoid this site and company like the plague. Your Jersey will never come. You will follow up and you get a email saying youll get your $#*! in 17 to 21 more days and it has been 3 months. Let's all blast this $#*!er so he goes out of business!

It takes 18-20 days for it to come. So if you're thinking about getting your friend or nephew a jersey for Christmas or his birthday at the last minute. This is not the site for you. I repeat 18-20 days. Don't do it
If I could give them zero stars I would. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. When I tried to cancel my order within 2 hours owner emailed me calling me a "MORON" and that I "NEED TO GET MY HEAD OUT OF MY A$$" because I "clearly" didnt read their order policy. The most unprofessional and rude business owner I have ever come across. I suspect if their jersey's are even real based on his explanation on why I couldn't cancel my order - stay away from this guy he is no good
I ordered a Medium, unnumbered and unnamed red Cleveland Indians 70's throwback shirt. CTJ was fast to followup the online order with emails to confirm the correct size.
When the order arrived, I was disappointed in the size. The medium was slightly larger than a large from another source; the Indians arm patch was very poor quality compared to the other shirt also. The site of the shirt measured 21" across the arm pit, correct by the chart, but the shoulder width, neck line and arm hole sizes were all ~10% larger than a Large size shirt.
Repeated emails to CTJ via their original email to confirm size, went unanswered. Emails through their CTJ Customer Service also have gone without reply. My ability to return this has past their return window, so I am writing this review to warn others.
I recommend a do not buy from CTJ

The USA made Majestic jerseys are so much better quality than the new Cool Base jerseys. This is a real Pro Quality jersey with all lettering sewn on just like in the Old Days!

ABSOLUTE LIES AND A FRAUD!

I ordered a jersey and within hours discovered that my husband already had one just like it. I immediately sent an email asking that the order be canceled. I received a response indicating that they had already ordered a "name kit" and would not cancel my order. I offered to pay the cost of the name kit, and I was told that they would have to mark it up (so they could profit). Unbelievable. They charged me $200 for a jersey and would not allow me to cancel within 24 hours- and were completely unwilling to work with me. I will not order from them again- which is a shame- because my husband is a huge hockey fan.
Contrary to others experiences, mine was good. I ordered multiple jerseys and needed them by a certain date that was on the shorter end of their time window. I was assured they would arrive, and they did as promised. The jerseys were authentic throwbacks and accurately described on the site. I will order from them again.
Never bought from this site. I emailed them to get reviews, and they said to look online. When I said that their reviews weren't good, they said to shop elsewhere then! What a joke!
I was surprising my boyfriend with what I thought was a vintage Zigmund Palffy Jersey from the NYI for Christmas. What I received was a STAINED, OVER SIZED, DISCOLORED, AMATEUR copy of a vintage Jersey. I ordered a size medium and it was the same size as a standard extra large jersey. The sleeves were almost the same size as the width. The sewn on lettering was so sloppy even a 10 year old could have done a better job. The stains all over the lettering was definitely unsettling considering I assumed this was a professional company. Heartbroken receiving this I reached out to the company, they told me I needed to email them with my issues they couldn't handle it over the phone. Once I emailed the company their response was "what issues". After I sent pictures of the issues they sent me another response saying "if you return it we will look over your issues but no refund is guaranteed" great, so I will then be out of a poor quality jersey and my $200.00 plus paying to ship it to a completely different address. I asked for a call tag and they never responded, I tried to reach out one more time and the email bounced right back to me. I had to dispute charges through my credit card company and finally received my money after having to buy a completely different jersey so he had something for Christmas.
My advice? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save your money and your stress for something with better quality and customer service.

WOW- never had an experience like this before..
I have never encountered worse customer service. I received an amazing gift from a good friend for my wedding. The jersey happens to be too large and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. After several emails to this company (which is what is required for a return), I finally got someone on the phone via their 800 number. I explained the situation and he told me that he doesn't handle returns and to send another email. I tried explaining to him again how we had not received a response to several emails that had been sent and he hung up on me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I am amazed that a company would treat their customers with such disregard. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
About a day after your order, the owner will write and say that the order is not in stock and will be about 5-6 weeks away. He will then insult and belittle you when you say that this fact was not at all flagged in the buying process. I told him to cancel the order, which is for a birthday in two weeks, so five won't work, which he won't do, which caused me to dispute the charge and waste a lot of my time. Given all the complaints here, it would be so much easier for him to just say "NOT IN STOCK. ESTIMATED DELIVERY 5 WEEKS" and avoid all this hassle, but he seems to thrive on gotcha bait and switch and insulting and belittling his customers in emails. Just avoid at all costs.
This site is a fraud! The customer service is awful and rude.
Worst customer service EVER! PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not be tempted by the pictures of the jerseys. They are worthless crap, and the seller is the rudest human being I have ever dealt with. They changed their name on eBay from pro-jerseys to vintage-legends, so I hope if you are taking the time to research this seller, you might heed this warning.

Answer: I've gotten a few nice jerseys from their EBay page. I've never ordered from their website but the jerseys I have are excellent quality.
Answer: I ordered this for a Christmas present in October, and received mid-November, about 3 weeks ahead of when they estimated. Loved that it came quicker, but I understood if it took the full time because it was custom made. If you're in a hurry, you're in the wrong place to get something quality and custom.
Answer: I've bougth two jerseys from this company and both have been of great quality and arrived pretty much when they said it would. They give you an approximate delivery date and I think that a few days more to that approximation is forgivable. As for their customer service I can't really comment, I haven't contacted them after the purchase and the jersey size confirmation e-mail that they send you.
