The quality compared to the authentic jerseys is like night and day... you can tell that they get generic majestic jerseys and they stitch them on themselves so don't get fooled and think that they are majestic. The details on them look really off i bought 2 different dodger jerseys and they looked like something you can get from your local uniform shop... for a little more you can get an authentic jersey and you don't have to wait so long to get it. The jerseys on those chinese websites are better buy for about $30. I will never order from them again.
How did i not find this site until now!? I can't believe how accurate all of the one star reviews are about this company. The absolute worst customer service and rude behavior. $#*! these guys... PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS JACK*** any of your money! I should have known it was trouble when the customer service email is an AOL account...
Never got my jersey, a reply or my money back. Finally sent him a message telling him to keep the money, it was obvious he needed it more than me.
If you put a negative review on the feedback on his website, he deletes it. I figure he's making a mint buying fake jerseys from China and reselling them as authentic. Pretty easy to do at dhgate.com. I already have gotten 4 for around $40 each.
Pure and simple, the guy's a crook. Stay away.
Ordered a throwback jersey on 2/19/20 and paid in full. Bank transaction record is here: 02/19 Card Purchase Customthrow 800-481-4675 Ny $219.95 Then Covid hit and I understand orders got delayed 9- 10 weeks. It is now 22 weeks later and I have still not received the jersey. Over the last two weeks I have called the number on the website, 800-481-4675 5 times and left messages, emailed at least 5 times and even messaged to their Facebook site and have yet to receive a reply as to the status of my order. I am surprised by my experience, because this site has received such high ratings and I would be happy to retract this review if things are made right. However, as of 7/13, they have had my money for 5 months and are not attempting to even contact me to give me an expected ship date. CTJ: Please either send me the correct jersey and size I ordered, send me my money back or give me an idea when the jersey might be shipped to me. You have my number and email, trust me. I've left it enough. Thank you.

When I ordered my husbands Christmas present I didn't look at the time frame so not their fault. It all worked out anyway as I gave it to him for his birthday and it was amazing. He loved it totally, the jersey was made perfect for the era and he wears it proudly. Thank you for an awesome job.

This is a great quality product and if you are willing to spend the money you will not be disappointed with the results. I had to make a slight modification to my order after submitting it and the company was very good at helping me solve my problem. I ordered the Jackie Robinson throwback jersey. So I emailed the company and they made the change for me and it arrived on time and fit perfect! He can't wait for spring in WI so he can wear it.

Wrote 3 separate emails to this company and didn't receive a single response back. I wanted to return my jersey because it was not true to size. I ordered a L and it shows up looking like an XL. So I email them about getting a refund and get no response. I submit a form on their website for them to email me and receive an email saying that they do not do returns/refunds, only exchanges. And that if I want a size exchange, I have to pay an additional $70 AND wait 8 weeks for the exchange just to process. When I emailed them back with my concerns, I received a rude response back. Forever wishing I would've read these reviews before spending $180 on a jersey that I'm going to have to get tailored anyways. This company needs to put more information in their return policy, as it is choppy. As well as learn how to take negative feedback instead of sending a snarky comment to a person they just did business with. Not a good look.
I loved the jersey I bought there. High quality. Amazing how some people do not even write objective reviews. They want to put people out of business because they had a bad experience. Terrible. I loved this place.
I was honestly expecting horrible quality but I've had no problems with my jersey. Shipping did take a bit, but that was expected since the original confirmation email. Overall I had no issues with this purchase.
I wrote an email to them to complain about an issue I had and I received a very rude response. The jersey had an issue that they did not resolve and wouldn't even accept negative feedback. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered, but c'est la vie.
