Giving a ONE STAR review because I cannot leave it blank. I placed an order and when I inquired about the delivery time, I received a rude response. I was willing to accept the 5-6 weeks timeframe (simply because it was an oversight on my part) but the more I thought of it, the madder I got. I then requested to cancel my order and receive a refund (mind you, it has only been five working days since I ordered and it is not due to be shipped for another five weeks). This is where the real nastiness came... totally refused and when I said I would write a review and tell my friends of my experience he replies "knock yourself out". DO NOT do business with this guy. Any company that will not allow you to cancel an order early has no business trying to run a business.

I ordered an NFL jersey. I chose a specific jersey based on the short shipping timeline advertised on the website. I immediately received an automated E-mail that said the timeline was extended by several weeks. I don't mind the delay, these are the times we are in, but the website was overtly misleading and this is what upsets me. They also have a zero refund policy so customers are locked in with no options.

They're still ok jerseys just from china not replicas. Shipping should not take 2 months what so ever. Fraud for sure

Tried to call about my order, they don't answer their phone and when they replied to my email they wanted to charge me $75 to cancel and cocky about it too. Did a charge back to get get my money back. Stay away from this company

This is the second jersey that I bought from Custom Throwback Jersey and my husband absolutely loves it. Great customer service. Had a small issue about delivery and they took care of it immediately. Love the quality and care that they put into their jerseys.

Took almost 2 months to receive a couple jerseys after ordering (due at least in part to the pandemic). But once I received the jerseys, I found that they were stitched beautifully with great straightness and precision. I really enjoy them. While they are pricey, you get what you pay for and I would recommend Custom Throwback Jerseys to everyone. Big fan.

Love the jersey, brought me back to 1972 watching Team Canada vs USSR. Tretiak was unbelievable! Always wanted his jersey... but could not get one in 1972! Great Job CTJ.

I ordered one jersey, paid and after the order went through, received a message that it would take 2 months & I could not cancel. Called multiple times and never got a call back. It's been more than 2 months and still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.

They are great I always get a jersey from them. I always spend a portion of my bonus from work on them cause they have the best selection. And if they don't have it. They give you options.

I have ordered two custom throwback hockey goalie jerseys from CTBJ so far and they are both beautiful and very well made. One is even surviving the shenanigans of my beer league LOL. Will definitely be ordering a 3rd+ in the future!

I think that when I order on Custom Throwback Jerseys, I have no problems ordering what I found that I liked. I find it very easy to put a jersey (or jerseys) on order and pay online. I love this site, and I've recommeded this site to my friends. The jerseys are a bit pricey, but they get the product right for the most part. Worth every penny, I think. I've ordered a lot of jerseys from this site. I highly recommed ordering from this website.

I first reached out when i was wondering where my order was it had been over a month (which now i figured out it's because they actually get their stuff from China) and when i reached out they had an attitude about that when i received the jersey i wasn't satisfied with the placement of the numbers i emailed them asking for a refund and they didn't respond, so i went through PayPal for them to say "we're closed due to a pandemic called Covid-19 maybe you've heard of it" just rude for no reason, i find it funny because Covid was around when they took my money initially and sent me a jersey i don't like... bottom line they're rude and they're jerseys are trash, don't buy.

This was a great experience. The product was excellent and was delivered in the given timeframe. I have been looking for a Cleveland Barons jersey for years and they actually have them. The communication throughout the process was great. They answered all my questions and requests and kept me updated throughout the process. I will definitely use them again.

The jersey I purchased was as described in their photo, and of really high quality. The item was delivered well before their estimated delivery date. I am very pleased with my purchase from Custom Throwback Jerseys and will certainly be a return customer.

They made a mistake on my jersey (forgot a shoulder patch) and when I emailed them asking if they could fix it, they said it wasn't their problem. They said I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee (which they don't mention on their website) and left me hanging. The customer service rep was also extremely rude, saying they have better things to do on a Sunday than deal with this. Overall a horrible experience and would recommend that you shop elsewhere.
