The Custom Ink process is great. The problem is with the quality of the product. The gaiter is a very poor quality product and not reflective of the items I have received from Custom Ink in the past.

I ordered a 3X Black Gildan Tank Top and got a 2X Black Gildan Tank top. I really wish you had 4X but you dont so I really NEED the 3X. Please send me what I ordered and paid for.

Overall, the process was seamless from designing and getting in contact for last minute changes that were made.

Would absolutely recommend to someone trying to make custom shirts for a team, or in my case, army uniform shirts. Custom Ink didn't have the base color for the shirt that I needed to make it within uniform regulations, and all it took was an email asking for more options for them to give me the color I needed without any red tape or extra fees. That's customer service right there.

The quality of the shirt does not warrant the price I paid. I feel ripped off. I ordered from a different vendor and received a much better, quality shirt for 50% less. I wish I could return this.

I make a lot of concepts for myself this is my first time buying one. I would say it was overall a positive experience.

I used the design tools on the website and it was quite easy. Immediately upon placing the order they found and issue with the colors I chose. A quick chat with customer service and we had it fixed. My order arrived 4 days early. I'm very pleased and will use Custom Ink again.
