As always the whole experience with custom ink is great, from the time you start your order until you receive your items. It is a pleasure working with all the staff.
The website design features are very user-friendly and offered a wide selection of images to choose from - all great. The customer service chat function was helpful. My only complaints are with the printed colors and the image placement. It would have been nice if someone had sent a quick mock-up of the image placement before printing. Also, if the printed colors are not going to be as shown on the screen, you should put a notice stating that fact.
Website is easy to use, lots of great design options, editing is easy, and so is ordering and shipping/receipt. I will use customink.com again for sure!

The whole process from ordering and follow up for my errors in ordering was addressed by customer service. Good quality t-shirt. Happy in was not produced in China, Boycott China product.
We got immediate feedback on our design to make sure that the colors we chose would work. The final outcome was even better than how it looked on the website. One of the shirts, however, had a slight defect.
