Overall experience with CustomInk has been great, products have good quality and look exactly as your finished design shows. Delivery is timely and never delayed; customer service is great with CustomInk, an associate is always available to speak with and help you troubleshoot. One of the best compliments that I can give is that they have honest and transparent customer service, at one point, we ordered two shirts with the same design, shortly after I received an e-mail that they have refunded a substantial amount of money back to the account as they already had the design to be used, most businesses would not have done this.
The product I ordered came sooner then expected and looks amazing, I am very impressed with this purchase and will definitely be buying from this company again!

My first design, when viewed, did not meet my expectations. My statement, on the back, did not express my thoughts. Customink allowed me to change the complete statement at no additional charge. No nickle or diming of their customers.
Quality is great. Color is great, printing not so much. Very unhappy the back of can cooler where my company name is displayed is off centered.
