Overall good. My shirt get here when is was suppose to. My logo color was accurate. The only thing I didn't like was the color of the polo. If you get the black Gildan Ultra Cotton Polo it's not pure black.

Overall, I would use Custom Ink again, however I was a little disappointed with how this order turned out. I may need to speak with a rep to get a better understanding for certain limitations before placing an order in the future.
For the price and quality of the order I received, I don't think I will be using this company again. I didn't realize the baseline tank top was incredibly low quality, and that the location of the screen prints on the website would be in a different location on the actual shirts. Makes you wonder why even have a precise design function if it won't be replicated.

I was very happy with Custom Ink but would not order from you again because you ship with USPS. As a result of your choice to $#*! with USPS, my package arrive 5 days late for my friend's birthday. This would not have happened if you used a reputable carrier like FedEx or UPS. It's a shame that the USPS is what is causing you to lose me as a customer because if it weren't for that, I would order at least 2 more shirts today alone!

The process of designing and ordering was easy and intuitive. I was less than pleased with the result of the artwork on the adult shirts, which appeared the same size as on the kids shirts, instead of being larger to match the shirt size
This is my 3rd order with Custom Ink. Customer Service is excellent they will stick with your through the end and offer suggestions, help with graphics and more. Very impressed with customer service. The chat option is my go to. The Printing is perfect on our items. The items are always true to size and color. Once I had a team member from the printing department message me after I had okay'd final orders stating that they felt the placement wouldn't work well and offered his suggestion and I was extremely impressed with this and did in fact take his suggestion. Great overall experience.
