I am very pleased with Custom Ink. Although the quality of the embroidery is not extremely high, the customer service and quality of the company far exceeded my expectations. We were thanked for our military service, our uploaded customs design was well adapted to fit the hat, and ordering/receiving was very easy.

I found the website a little tricky to navigate. I wanted to purchase more shirts in different colors and sizes but was challenged by the app.

The customer service was awesome! All 3 times, the customer service representatives were helpful, patient, and caring. They soothed all my worries and got my additional requests done. They also made suggestions that saved us money and rendered better artwork. I changed the number of t-shirts several times and each time, they did a good job. I would totally come back and work with custom ink again.

The experience was great, and the customer service representative was fast and helpful. The final product turned out nicely. The only drawback was that this turned out to be very expensive. I ordered 2 t-shirts, and they ended up being $35 a piece--- very expensive t-shirts, when all is said and done.

It was an easy process coupled with amazing customer service, great customization and fast shipping. What more can you ask for?

Honestly, I'm not the person to write reviews on anything however, your customer service has been a bear to get in contact with. After 3 to 4 emails later, I still have gotten no response for a defective product you guys have shipped me. I received my package open already and had many problems wrong with it.
