It was a good experience, good communication and was delivered earlier than expected.
The Custom Ink website was easy to use. I was able to select from one of their templates and easily upload my own photo into their design. The site gave me instructions on what shirts and colors were available for a single-order shirt, and I was pleased with the selection. The shirt arrived within a week and I was very pleased with both the shirt quality and the design quality. Based on this first-time experience, I highly recommend using Custom Ink.

I have been very satisfied with all of my dealings with Customink. I have two t shirts from 9 years ago that are still in great condition. My recent order was to replace one of them in a smaller size (lost some weight) and I am considering doing the same with the other. I am a big music fan and over the years my wife and I have seen many famous bands live. The shirt in this order listed over thirty of them on the front and back. I wore this shirt a number of years ago to a Rolling Stones stadium concert (we had seen them 3 times before) and a person stopped me on the way out, complimented me on the shirt and ask me what festival that was from. I answered, This was not a festival, this is my life. Thanks for doing such a great job in all aspects of your business, even for a guy that has only ordered a total of 3 shirts in 9 years.
I love the t-shirts. Your review team did catch an issue where one of my logos would be significantly brighter than the other one and they were able to correct the matter before it went to print. Thank you for our shirts.

The product was received and quality was good. I am not crazy about the T-shirt I ordered, but that is my fault for not choosing a better T. I will purchase more items from this shop as I have four or five designs saved.

Overall, everything was to my expectation. The only thing (and it's a small thing)... For the price, I was hoping for a heavier gauge fabric. This fabric was super light weight, unlike most of my T shirts I own. I'm sure it will wear well. Other than that, the service, the speed of receiving it and the quality printing was excellent! Thank you all!
