I was so surprised after I ordered to get an email saying that a design tech had looked over my design! I felt much more at ease knowing that everything would be centered and look great! Especially since I made the design on my phone! I was also so pleased with how timely the shipping was! I had waited longer to order than I wanted to but y'all still got it here so quickly and over a week before I needed them! What a relief that was!

Sales representatives should be knowledgeable about the colors on silver for this particular product. The whole idea behind providing this product, with our custom message for our customers, was a waste of money for us. You cannot read the ingredients on the hand sanitizer and you cannot read our message to the customer. We would have been happy to only faintly see our logo, because we truly wanted the customer to be able to read the ingredients on the back and to be able to read our message to them.
I loved my experience with Custom Ink. This was the second t-shirt I have done with them. Both have exceeded my expectations. This one there was a problem with the design transition from concept to mock-up. Customer service helped me get it back to what I wanted and were terrific to work with. The shirt turned out awesome.

Everything is pleasant on the website and the ordering
The only disappointment was there were 3 t-shirts with defects (1 with a sewn stitch 3 inches above the hem. It looked like two pieces of fabric were sewn together; the other 2 had cuts in the shoulder and the sleeve on the left arm of both t-shirts.) We had to use some clear tape on the inside of the shirts to hold them together for the pictures. A for the double stitched one, I had to tuck it in so it wouldn't show in the pics.
Everything came as described. The quality of the masks was greater than expected. Thick cotton and soft. Two thumbs up
