My overall experience with Custom Ink was excellent. The designing of my product (cap) was easy and there were lots of choices. The ordering process was organized and the baseball cap I ordered was of very good quality along with the embroidery. I was very pleased with the produce and the process and would highly recommend this company to others to use!

Even with expedited shipping, they were due to arrive the day after Mother's Day. After an email correspondence followed by a phone call, the shirts arrived the day before Mother's Day which made things wonderful. Thank you!
