I've used Custom Ink for business and personal orders now. The website's design feature is excellent and easy to use, and I have been very pleased with the customer service on past orders. We had to cancel our conference shirts due to the pandemic. I was sad that the company wasn't able to work with us to find an affordable option, but I understand they have costs as well. In general, my experience with this company has always been above and beyond what I expected. Last year they even rushed extra t-shirts to us that made it before the end of the five-day conference, and I was very pleased with that commitment to the customer. It turned out the error was on our end, not theirs, but they were extremely gracious about that, too.
Customer service called me to verify something that looked funny in my order. Great attention to detail, and delivery was faster than anticipated. Awesome!
