Took my old design and enhanced/refreshed it to a whole new level.
I liked the personal assistance once I placed the order; I think it helped me create a better product at the end! These days, it's uncommon to get multiple touchpoints with customer service and I think I had 3 calls/emails/texts during design review to make sure I had a great product I was happy with.
Overall it was a great experience and the material quality of the clothes are quite nice. That being said I did receive 2 defective clothing items which was disappointing and I hope I do not find other issues as I wear them.

The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. They reviewed our design and even gave great advice for logo positioning. We operate a sheetmetal shop and our clothing takes some abuse. We used the sample shirt in the shop during some 90° weather and we are impressed with how the shirt and logos are holding up. The sizing is all accurate and we are extremely satisfied with the end product. We will definitely be ordering again once we run out of this order and we will recommend Custom Ink to our customers.

The staff was awesome and helped me with every step of the process. I would start they had to though because not everything just worked. I couldn't upload my artwork on my own even though it met the free requirements pointed out in the error when it didn't work. The staff got my artwork on the mask. It wasnt clear what the printable area would be so the artwork had to be smaller. There was no mention of a charge to match the color in the artwork and had to catch that in the approval process. There was a fee to do that but they waived it. The process overall could have been smoother and self guided but not everything worked as described and not all info was available and obvious. B the staff made up for it with their help
I LOVED the t-shirt material, size, look, fit, and print-quality. The packaging was done with such care, too, neatly sorted by size. The design process was easy, including my custom uploaded design. The review process was helpful and professional. And the shipping was ahead of schedule. And the price seemed fair to me. I was completely satisfied with my experience and would definitely order from Custom Ink again!
Very simple to design with great customer service. My artwork was rendering a little blurry but the CustomInk team reassured me it would be clear. The mask was printed and delivered to me before the expected delivery date (5 days before) and the image is as cleat as can be. My customers are LOVING the masks. Would definitely purchase again.
At first I felt that the prices were higher than most but the positive experience was worth the cost. I really appreciated the follow up emails after my order. Even when I called to get some information, my wait time was really short. The Customer Service Representative was very pleasant and helpful. Your total customer services are exceptional compare to other online services that offer cheaper prices. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. And to put the cherry on top, my order came a few day earlier!
