I was impressed with the tools that Custom Ink provided to create and view a custom design on the selected shirt, the options for shirts to put it on, the attention to checking everything before the printing the design, the fact that the shirts arrived even before the commitment, the quality of what I received and the checking back to make sure that everything was ok. All of this was very impressive. Thank You!.

The image that I uploaded was too blurry for what I wanted. A rep contacted me and worked with me to fix the problem. He would respond quickly and was very helpful. The sweatshirt came out amazing!

You guys are great, have a great user=friendly web site, but your prices on most things are too high compared to others so looking elsewhere.

Every time I"ve used customink I've been so happy with the results, which is why I keep coming back. These tshirts I had made for a family stay-cation (the "real" vacation was canceled due to COVID), and they're perfect. I'm thankful to have something fun to give my family during this extremely crappy time.

I got my order quickly and the bottles looked great. Next time, I will order higher quality bottles. I didn't realize how much I was going to like the look of the finished printing. I had a few questions as I started the process and received quick responses from customer service.

Creating the shirt was easy, there were many different options to choose from. I used a photo taken by a phone so I was worried it would come out blurry, however it looks just like it did on the phone. Really nice printing. I think the packaging could use some work but the process of creating the shirt and what the shirt looks like when its delivered is a 10/10.

The entire process seemed to take longer than previous orders but overall good experience as usual.

Being able to easily upload my logo and have it come back with the detail that I put into the logo, is exactly what I was looking for, great job.

I had two seperate orders both required rush shipment, the first rush shipment was late and I stead of me having to call and discuss they addressed it right away with an email and gave refund without me asking! The second rush was on time! Great service.
