The website was easy to navigate and the design lab was a blast. The only slight concern I have is with pricing and quantity other then that it was smooth.

I am a return customer because Custom Ink continues to exceed my expectations in quality and customer service.

Great products - the tshirts are of high quality and our customized logo looks great on the shirt. We were happy with Custom Ink's help on our proofs and really satisfied with shipping. Our order came in about 5 days earlier than anticipated.

The ease of ordering and 14 day turnaround were very pleasant.

I didn't contact customer service. I suspect, if anything, I'd only be offered a minor discount on a future purchase which I would not make from this company.

The price, process, product overall is good - despite the logo centering issue.

Great site. Only complaint is not knowing the quality of material. This is too bad because everything about the shirt is great except for the material. This shirt is not wearable as it is stiff scratchy and tough. Having this type of product even offered is unfortunate as no one would willingly buy this style shirt had the quality been previously known.

Worked fine, got them quickly and the screen printing is good. Hopefully they'll hold up well.

Just a tad pricey for basic Hanes but the website, process, shipping etc were wayyyyy above the others which made it worth it. I recommend making it known that you are east coast as rush order customers like myself often check the about us for shipping purposes especially with the slow shipping times during the pandemic. This is what overall made me choose custom ink
