I did not find the website to be very clear. I placed my order in 4 segments because of that. Once it was ordered an agent reached out and fixed the problem, made my order as 1 group and even refunded me for the extra cost.

Wonderful to work with! Someone even noticed it was for a family vacation and took the time to email me, letting me know they hope we have a great trip! Highly recommend!

These people are awesome. From beginning to end they were there for everything I needed and then some. Custom shirts in one week... awesome!

The website was very user friendly. It was nice and easy to pick what I wanted, compare pricing on quality and quantities. The design features were easy to use and you could see basically what the product would look like when it was finished. It was actually fun doing the design. The purchase and lead times, cost for standard or expedited shipping was all right there, very easy.

Loved it. Wish price was little less but would use again.

Easy to navigate site, easy to come up with a design. Pretty good selection of fonts. Don't need all the graphics since I do graphic design.

Very satisfied with service and look of the graphic and text. Shirt material is a bit stiff. Maybe washing will soften the cotton.

There was an issue with the messaging I received related to delivery. I received a message from UPS saying my package was delivered, but it did NOT say that it was delivered to the USPS for end point delivery. This was confusing and upsetting.

Overall great job done. Would like to see how we can reorder. You guys give military discount

Well... Custom Ink is more expensive then even my local print shops. I go with them because they allow me to handle things from my office with ease and they are swift to ship. This time I feel the additional value was not there... I need some business cards, sweaters and hats done. I think I will try my local shop.

No issues the T shirt size was my worry. And it's true to size. I'm very happy with the outcome Thank you

My experience with Custom Ink I`m satisfied with quality of material and print style of shirts and i`m looking forward to do more business with Custom Ink and spreading the word out to more businesses that are in search of fine professionalism jobs.

Overall, Custom Ink was a great place to design my own shirts. They give many choices in shirts, colors and designs. They are very good about checking the design to make sure it will all come out great. I used the live chat option when I had a problem with one of the shirts I ordered. The problem was resolved immediately, no questions asked, no cost to me.

The shirts I got with my work logo were so soft and fit perfect. Great print job too. Ive ordered many things off this site and never disappointed.

I have used CustomInk for a few items in the past, and have always been happy with how easy the design process is and how the finished product turns out.

Quality of everything is good, I just made the mistake of ordering an XL when I should've ordered an XXL.

Custom Ink did a fantastic job to get my company's product out on time and the overall quality is exceptional. We absolutely loved how the final product with our logo came out and we are looking forward to ordering more apparel and other items soon.
