Custom Ink's web interface is well designed, intuitive, and easy to use. I spent 30 minutes or so working on my design offline, but only about three minutes getting it uploaded and ordered... doesn't get much simpler than that. The end product arrived a day earlier than expected and was perfectly printed.

I am extremely happy with the overall look of the bottle. It looks clean, beautiful and sophisticated. The customer service was very helpful and quick to respond.
