Exactly what I ordered, delivered quickly. I've ordered from CustomInk a few times and return because the products offered are of good quality.
The new template option to design a T-Shirt was not only fun to play around with, but it inspired me to become more creative with my design. The ability to still edit the template was great because I got to play around with the sizing and placement of my words and image. Since I was able to save each variation of the design it was easy to share the designs with the group and compare the different variations without editing the design each time. I was extremely pleased with the finished product and I will definitely be using Custom Ink in the future.

CustomInk is a first class operation. Very helpful and enthusiastic Reps! One miss in this experience was not being told to "Approve the email proofs" in order for the order to proceed. No Rep that I spoke with during that time mentioned this, and it resulted in a brief delay. Delivery was nonetheless spot on!

We needed to use a hand drawn and scanned image. We were able to get it uploaded and positioned on a tee shirt blank. However, a portion of the drawing that was supposed to be white, came out the color of the shirt. After trying to resolve the problem, we contacted the Custom Ink chat line. Your representative was able to decipher our desires for the image and in a few moments to adjust whatever needed adjusting to get the image on the shirt to exactly match our expectations. He/She did an excellent job, with respect to both the technical issue and customer relations.
I ordered these face masks with some apprehension. I ordered some through another supplier and they just did not have the quality that I was looking for. Long story short, everything from the order process, to the delivery and quality of the product were top-notch. In fact, I got the package a whole day earlier than when it was intended to get here. When I opened the package and examined the masks, they were just as described-- 3 layers and the print on them was clean and sharp. The people in my group loved the print and quality of the mask. I highly recommend that you don't think and just purchase these masks. When I have my next idea, I'm going to be re-ordering another set because I have yet to find a company that makes them as good as Custom Ink.
