Website is very easy to use and design. I wish the products listed a rating of softness or thinness of shirt materials so I'm not guessing as much. But I like you have single shirt options instead of buying in bulk.
The Tank Top is very uncomfortable but the only one you offer without a minimum quantity

The third time was the charm. I contacted two local companies that create personalized t shirts before contacting Custom Ink. The Custom Ink representatives I spoke with were helpful, courteous and professional. The entire process was organized and quick. I received my t shirts on the date promised. I had a pleasant experience with Custom Ink. I will recommend them to others.

I had a talk with Clint on the phone in regards to quotes for different items. I had asked if Clint was able to re-create a shirt that I had and he re-created it to look exactly like the shirt I sent a picture of. Very polite, kind, and easy to work with.
I previously had made an order like this with Dynamic Sports. They changed the shipping date on me twice, and made it clear to them I needed it by a certain date. I ordered them on May 14th. It was July 4 and they still weren't even printed. I tired custom ink, you guys did it super fast, affordable, and they look great!
Everyone loved the shirts, the color, the quality and the screen printing. We will not be wearing them for the 90th birthday celebration until the end of July, buy promise to take a picture of all of us wearing them to send to you. It was wonderful dealing with you in every way.
The designers were excellent, both of them. Ther were so patient and I was a bit of a pain because I wanted the shirt to look a certain way. They got that look. Zachary was wonderful and Bob did a great job as well. My only concern was I paid 15.00 to have it sent early and was told the shirt would arrive by Friday. It arrived Tuesday, was opened and the surprise was lost. It was for a retirement party the following Sunday. I did not need to pay that extra money and feel a bit deceived.
I called customer service and the rep helped me with my entire order. Ordered multiple shirts with our company logo and flags on the sleeve. Being a veteran owned company it is important for the flag display to be correct and my representative assured me they would pay attention to detail and they did not disappoint. Have gone through multiple shirt companies and local companies but none compare to the service and experience I received with custom ink. 10/10 would recommend
It was exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it. Highly recommend, will come back for all my t-shirt needs.
I am disappointed in one thing. I needed to last minute, add a few more shirts to my order the day after I submitted it. I found a way to get in and "update quantities" but in the process some how of updating, I actually submitted a duplicate order. So I received way more shirts than I needed. I was frustrated by this and I don't believe the website was clear that the update was actually an additional order. While I like the shirts and the process to create was simple, this was a big waste of a lot of money. I am not sure I would use the website again for this reason.
Site was intuitive and easy to use. Products were excellent and printing looked great. Shipment arrived a day early! Nice job, Custom Ink!
