We had a fantastic experience -- the masks look and feel comfortable and fit different face sizes. We have them at our front desk, and our customers LOVE them -- the printing is clear and crisp. Will be doing a reorder soon!

The customer service was above and beyond. I changed my mind a few times along the way and customer service was very patient and accommodating.

I had an amazing experience interacting with someone over the built-in website chat feature. We figured out how to expedite the product such that it would arrive by the time I left for an event. It did. And the entire group was really excited about the gift

The shipment was but that was because I paid the $10 rush shipping fee

The logo came out fine but in hindsight I should have paid to go with the custom color match. The color that was chosen by your team is more rust than brown.

It was my first time using Custom Ink. I assumed the cost would be exorbitant if only purchasing minimally. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and shocked at how fast I received my order. Thanks so much! I will definitely use Custom Ink again.

Overall experience was okay. The process of ordering and the communication was on point but the product was definitely lacking. The can cooler I ordered just felt like it fell short of my expectations.

Very pleased with the product. Do wish I could have gotten the aqua color I wanted without having to do a minimum order of 6 of the same color. The sizing is bigger than other tops I've ordered in this item. Next time I will order the next size smaller. Good quality t-shirt.

I wanted 2 t shirts for a father & daughter in the Netherlands. I am not good with a computer so I called and your associate, I believe her name was Lana. I told her that I wasn't computer savvy and she was very patient; I told her what I wanted and within seconds she designed my shirts. I cannot wait for them to get their shirts!
