Customer service was great. Quality was poor. The tshirts are thinner than I expected - you can see through them. I expected screen printed ink on fabric, not the raised puffy ink printing. It will crack after a couple of washes. Will not be ordering again.

All would have been great if I would have went with my gut on sizing..

Customer service was a little confusing as we spoke to different representatives each time, however all of them were friendly and helpful. Our order shipped very quickly. We loved the ease of uploading our own design and the approval process was simple.

I was excited to make a team shirt for my group, but after receiving the product I will try elsewhere for the rest of the teams gear.

Shirt quality was really bad, shirt was very stiff and the fit was terrible. The shirt shrunk in the washer to the point it doesn't fit. This was a total waste of my money.

I am always impressed with the custom ink experience. Staff consistently working to make the personalized products really pop. I feel like I am dealing with the "Cool Kids" when I make an inquiry or develop something to purchase. They make you feel like you are the only client they have dealt with all day.

Overall my experience was very positive, as it always is with Custom Ink. The small issues with printing and packaging are within an acceptable margin of error, and will not discourage me from using Custom Ink in the future. Thanks for providing a great service!
