My experience was awesome. I went on the webesite with an idea of the shirt I wanted and thanks to the free clip art and easy designing, bam! I had my shirt. The shirts came well in time for their event and they look just how we wanted them too!

Great customer service. Their chat room is very convenient and allowed me to customize my order without having to figure it out on the website. The product quality is excellent, both the screen print and the shirts themselves.

Everything came as expected. Good quality and the print came out exactly the way I wanted it to. Although the digital design had very small details, it came out perfectly with every detail on the sweatshirt.

Very good experience with Custom Ink, pricing is a little bit on higher side.

Wonderful experience all around... Had some questions about the ordering process and from the moment the Custom Ink folks picked up the phone, the transaction went smoothly. Placed my order same day and received almost 90 shirts within 10 days or so. Couldn't ask for a more efficient interaction. Hats off :)

Custom Ink was wonderful to work with! I tinkered around on the website to figure what i wanted, then called and spoke with a real person (who was a delight and so helpful). Custom Ink then fine tuned my vision for family shirts into reality and they turned out perfect! The price was very reasonable too. Thank you so much, I can't wait to give them to my family :)

Webite feature/funtionality is nice but you CANNOT depend on Custom Ink to cathborvadvise of flaws. Your product is shipped flaws and all. Order only one first to quality check or you'll potentially waste a lot of money.

With the midnight I didn't know it was that dark so the black letters you can really see I wish the font color could have been changed

The product was received 10 days earlier than quotes which is awesome since its a gift, and the printing quailty came out great. It was more exoensive than what I was looking to spend though.

Customer service was great! You helped me when I needed approval, then when I didn't get it cancelled my order, then when I did get approval immediately reinstated the order with no trouble. Great service, great product! Thank you!

Over the course of my order, I had to chat with 4 different representatives. Every single of one of them was absolutely amazing and tremendously helpful, even helping me as late as 11:30pm! Whether the questions I had were related to shipping or general design comments, they were able to answer every single one with ease. I had never worked with Custom Ink before, but I absolutely know I will again!

Since I had this shipped directly to my nephew, I didn't get to see the packaging or feel the fabric of the t-shirt, but he sent me a picture and the design looked great! I was very pleased with the customer service and prompt shipment.
