Design process is very easy and proofs are sent in a timely manner. Love that there are many options to choose from in terms of what can be printed on! Results are high quality. The only thing that was not perfect was the fact that UPS could not fulfill the guaranteed shipping date due to an "emergency situation", but that does not affect my rating of Custom Ink overall. In general, 10/10 would recommend!

Designing on the computer was easy. Staff extremely helpful and supportive in dealing with slight modification to printing on shirt and in suggesting appropriate material. This was right in line with my past experiences with Custom Ink and makes me a return customer.

Based on your slogan I imagine you do too and will correct the mistake. Some minor color match issues on this order, overall pleased though. Assuming customer service is acceptable I will continue to return.

I am extremely unhappy with the products that I received. The stickers and the mugs are not at all what I had envisioned. As someone who has worked with Custom Ink in the past, I had much higher expectations. This makes me hesitant to order with this service again as both the mugs, and the stickers did not turn out as I had discussed with my sales rep.

Was as you be expected which is really good! Product shipping was delayed which sucked but your company refunded me the money I paid extra for rush shipping so it was fine in the end.
