ZERO customer service. It looked so bad when it came out and they $#*!ing troll you when they say "We'll call if it looks bad." $#*! this website. This was a re-order of a previous design on a tee shirt, rather than a sweatshirt. Everything went great! The shirts were a very big hit with my family.
Ordering was easy and I was able to customize everything the way I wanted. I gave an overall score of great because everything besides the sizing was spot on. I have to reorder the shirt I want at a different size for it to fit my daughter because her regular size of medium is too small.

Sweatshirt itself was fine. My design was horrible. It was not as clear and vibrant as the mockup. I was told it could be embroidered and a single garment was ok to do so then was told I had to switch to digital printing. I was assured it would look like the mockup and it is dull and looks faded. Very displeased with the garment and do not see myself going through customink in the future. The rep I worked with was not the ideal worker. The first one I had was great. When I was transfered to the second rep that's where things went down hill. Again, very displeased with my product and the customer service.
Your service and products are always great. The design options are actually fun, I can get lost creating for hours. That's why I keep coming back.
