Ordered 2 shirts with a custom design and they were great. A little pricier than I would have liked but I get that printing only 2 shirts comes with a cost. Had to call customer service bc the website is not as user friendly as you might think. It was not easy to order the same shirt in a different color but I ultimately worked it out. Just placed a second order and had more trouble with the website but I bailed and called customer service and they were excellent. If you want to be a self-service company, I would make the website much more user-friendly. The quality of my shirts was great and had it not been for the excellent and easy-to-reach customer service reps I would have aborted the mission. Can't wait to get my second order.

The shirts were easy to design, I liked the variety of options to chose from and the screening was very nice. The shirt quality is very nice too. I saw only one issue with the screen design sticking to itself but it was shipped during extreme heat in my area and the outcome didn't detract to much from the overall design. Plus you were able to add to my order and not delay shipment.
Wow! So nice. I ordered 35 shirts on a Tuesday and they were delivered on Friday. Such fast turnaround and I received many emails to inform me of the progress of my order. I will be a return customer for sure. Thanks custom ink!

Because of COVID, we've had to change a lot of things for our upcoming wedding. I'm glad Custom Ink had reasonable prices for their custom masks and I'm really happy with the end result!
Customer service was wonderful. When they looked at our logo they called and asked if they could change the colors and the final result is amazing!

Nothing Negative to say here. Material (quality, sizes true to size, exceptional colors, screen printing top quality) as always FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC! Customers loved them. Again, the staff members went that extra step to get the order tweaked for a perfect image and to make sure it was here on time even with such a short order time.
Custom Ink's service is fast and top notch. I ordered one shirt digitally printed, and it looks fantastic. Also it was yellow type on a black shirt, which I've always considered problematic for digital T Shirts, but it looks as good as screen-printed. Great Job! Very impressed.

Great customer service, shipment came on time. Custom Ink thought they were a day late due to them getting an order with custom artwork late on a Friday, but managed to get it to me on time for the team to wear on their event on the 4th of July. Thank you so much!
