Customer service is great. Really wonderful to work with. If they suggest a change to your design, make sure you really pay attention to what they are suggesting to make sure it still looks good.

My overall experience with Custom Ink surpassed my expectations. The digital printing was better than I had imagined. I recieved my item prior to the estimated delivery date. I will be using Custom Ink again!

I received a request at the last minute to do a shirt for July 4th birthday girl. I called and was able to get my order the day before I had to travel. The customer service person (forgot her name) was very helpful and nice while helping. I just want to say "Thank You".

The shirt was great, but unfortunately the design was the wrong one. I had accidentally made a mistake when ordering it, and had to go back to fix the design. I then asked customer support if they could fix the design before they printed it, and they had told me it was fixed. However, when the shirt arrived it was still the wrong design. I am unhappy about this and feel lied to.

I sent in my payment for an original design and then changed my mind immediately afterwards-- the staff at CustomInk quickly adjusted the order, sent new proofs, and I got everything on the original timeline. The shirts look great! The printing is consistent and the art was all centered and adjusted by a designer (huge improvement from where I started). T-shirts are super soft, was glad to still be able to get American Apparel through the site. Didn't know how easy this kind of thing could be. I'll definitely be doing it again.

I ordered three t-shirts with three different designs from images I had uploaded. I was surprised that I was not able to add each t-shirt to a cart and the make one order. I had to complete a design, order that t-shirt and then repeat that process 2 more times. I would have ordered more but that process was starting to annoy me so I stopped after three.
The only other issue besides the quality of the T shirt was on the live chat, I asked for something and it didnt happen to the next day. I had figured out a way to do it myself (putting D in the tires) and decided I didnt like it. I received the T shirts and someone decided to make them with the D's in the tires. This is not the design I placed my order with. I believe that this system you have created works once you figure out exactly how to do it so the mistakes and quality of the T is figured out.

Overall I like Custom Ink I just wish you had a couple more choices in light weight sweat shirts. I will order from here again
