Had great customer Service that helped me change my logo to only one color to apply to the slim can koozie. Even helped me make a few tweaks to make sure I got what I was looking for. Overall product was great too. Fit the slim cans greatly. Can't wait to use these slim can koozies!

I submitted a "representation" of the logo that I wanted for my order. My hope was that the Art Team would be able to refine it and make it what I wanted. I was more than satisfied with the final outcome! They provided color options, with opinions on which they thought would work the best with material color as well as the color of the ink used for the logo. Turn around time and delivery were impressively quick, and arrived well before anticipated. I'm very satisfied with the purchase, workmanship and customer service!
Customer service was excellent. When I first placed my order for the Basic Cloth Mask, I received a phone call that afternoon from a Customer Service Rep. He let me know that there had been concerns with this mas from previous purchasers. He suggested sending me a sample of the mask we were looking at. That arrived quickly and he followed up with an email. We decided to order the 3-ply version instead, but also ordered a smaller number of the Basic Masks to have on hand in case we have visitors that don't have a mask. We order our staff shirts each year from Custom Ink and are always very please with the quality, price and timelines.
