What a disaster this experience was. After dealing with several employees, had to escalate order through a manager. Got very conflicting messages on delivery times, image quality, image clearance. Caused so much unnecessary stress to me as the client. Your manager even accepted the blame on their part for the delay and miscommunication. Not sure I'll be back for my next Tulane Alumni event, which I plan every year. This was not a good experience for me. Sorry. I tried. A good retailer would have offered me a discount during the process, none was offered.
