I'm no artist, but it was easy to design a shirt that I knew my dad would love using the templates. Custom Ink was easy to use, and delivered a high quality product quickly after ordering.

The only comment I have is regarding notifications during the process. When i clicked on the link, it always said artwork. Next thing, I know it has shipped. I am not sure how fast it goes from artwork to printing to shipped, but I did not see any notifications of it progressing.

Great experience! I only needed one shirt, and other places had prices that were too expensive and did not have the customization options that you all have! The customer service agent on the chat was exceptional. She was so nice and helpful and helped ensure that I made the correct selections during the design process.

I had a couple of questions with the ordering process and was reassured by someone in customer service and they answered all of the questions I had. The shipping was very quick too.

I love how simple it is to design and order product from CustomInk. There are no hidden fees and you can see a breakdown of how much it will be before you purchase anything. The only thing I dislike is the 2 week turnaround time. I like the option for a Rush Order, if needed but it's extra. However, I understand perfection can't be rushed. Overall, they are awesome!

When designing the tshirt on the website I couldnt place the image where I wanted it was restricted to a box and I wanted the top of my design to start at about 2 inches below the collar but it ended up being around 4 or 5 and thats a bit too low but overall the quality eas good I just wish we the customer had more control of design placement on the website and not restricted to the box

The site makes it easy to design whatever kind of logo or statement you can think of.

YOU did a good job but I messed up! I left a letter out of the text - sigh. I have already re-ordered the shirt with the correct text, and I look forward to receiving it. Thanks much.
