Order last minute shirts for our congregation and Custom Ink did an amazing job! I received help all the way from designing to having 75 t-shirts delivered to my home in 3 days. The shirts look amazing, we got the DryBlend 50/50 and the material was so comfortable and soft. It was perfect for an outdoor service in this summer heat. Thank you Custom Ink! This was my second time ordering and plan on ordering again.
Overall ordering and delivery experience was very good. Just the quality of the product is not what it says on the website.
I'm very satisfied with the product, however, I misjudged the size. I didn't realize that the material was pre-shrunk, so I ordered much too large--fortunately, I found someone it will fit. Designing was very easy, so I'm going to make a few changes and order another; hopefully, I'll get the size right. My only suggestion-not a complaint-there should be an easy way for someone else to order (not change) my design. I know that isn't your business model, but its another option.

My original order flagged designers as the color shirt and print I ordered were not going to offer much contrast. (Dark grey shirt with black print.) I was looking for a subtle difference but I received an email and a phone call explaining how the dark grey shirt was more of a distressed black. They gave me three options for proceeding, along with links to each new design. I choose to go with the heather grey shirt with black writing and actually prefer it to my original design.
Really grateful for the customer service chat, that helped speed up my process quite a lot!
