I had to call in for assistance and I was blown away by the service level. The employee I spoke with was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating.

I like the quality of the shirts and my designs have always looked great. My biggest concern is that you pay the same amount for a youth shirt as you do an adult shirt. We buy shirts for our reunions so the families with kids end up spending a pretty penny to get shirts for the family. For that reason alone I'll be looking at different options next year.

Came out lovely! I did wish that there were a way to include both ink color variations AND t-shirt variations in one order (without having to call customer service). Customer service was super helpful and accommodating, but as a consumer I wish the options were more accessible.

This was a *very* small order - only one shirt as a present for my son's 18th birthday - but it was kind of a rush job with about 10 days' notice. The Custom Ink staff was SUPER on the ball, really responsive, had a mock-up of the t-shirt within a couple hours, and we sealed the deal the same day. Just tremendous customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile. What more could one ask for?!?

Our shirts look great and make it easy to dress for our Causal Fridays. Staff loves the soft tee shirt material and it is perfect for the heat & humidity in the south.
