Custom Ink was so easy to work with. Our shirts turned out wonderful. We had a question about our order and hey were very helpful. The Hanes 50/50 shirt are perfect doe summer. Good quality, but not to heavy.
After washing the 5 shirts (not drying) I noticed that MOST of the text and LOGO had come off the shirts, not just one shirt, but all 5 of them. I am completely dissatisfied with this order, not the process, but the quality of the printing. I will be asking for a refund or replacement.
My uploaded logo did not look great online. After custom ink adjusted graphic and sent proof, everything turned out great.
We ordered over 40 shirts for 10 families. We gave them out to all of our friends and one of our friends immediately wash chairs by accident with an ink pen. Two of the shirts got ruined and we called to see if there was any way they could be replaced even though there was a minimum order of six. The person we talked to said she was going to give us the two replacements for free as a courtesy. I've shared the story with everyone and told them what great customer service you all have. Very impressed with your company and will definitely order from you all again.

The Bella + Canvas Women's Slim Fit Tri-Blend T-shirt is super soft! Because it is the slim fit, I actually had to order up two sizes. Little to no shrinking with this tri-blend! Customer service was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the products. These were the perfect t-shirts for our Mother Daughter book club!

I have not seen the t-shirts yet. I ordered them to be delivered in IN where our family reunion will be. I am rating the products the highest possible even without seeing because I am sure that given the AMAZING costumer service I received throughout the entire process (design, pricing, last minute changes) the final product will be just as amazing. My in laws already received and they said everything came according to the order and it looks great.
My experience was great. My only complaint is the color. On the screen the shirt looked more orange than what came in the mail.
