Very helpful and professional. I was able to speak to a representative any time I needed extra assistance. Very pleased with my experience.

Everything was fine until I received 2 wrong sizes.

The person I would talk to in the emails was very good at getting back to me and gave me good information on contacting artists for permission to use their artwork.

Really quick on getting product great service only thing i didnt like was pricing 4 shirts and 2 hoodies for 300+ was a lil expensive compared to 7 shirts and 1 hoodie i had from another site for 239 i will order here again yaw are awesome but my hoodies will be from elsewhere lil to expensive on those thanx again for the great product and service

The shirts look great and they arrived faster then promised so that was a huge surprise and a good one

Great service. Be very careful choosing a shirt color. Actual color may be substantially different from how it appears on the website.

It was easy to design. Price a little for 1 shirt and my own image. Should have military discount.

I never received a digital proof to approve, but otherwise it was great. Because of that I was concerned that the order was on track time-wise, but a quick email to customer service assured me that my target receive date was on track and items were received early which was great!

I continue to come back every year for our annual shirts! I love that I can design and that CustomInk transposes my exact image exactly how I picture it!

I couldn't figure out how to add 2 different orders to my cart at once. I had to place 2 separate orders.

I thought the quality of the shirt is very poor. The shirt is thick and very rough and not comfortable to wear. I paid almost $200 for 5 T-shirts and will not order from the company again. Shirts are itchy and uncomfortable

The website is extremely easy to use and navigate, I had a great experience creating the design

The customer service was excellent. I had questions about my order and instead of walking me through it over the phone, they sorted things out on my profile on their end. It was so helpful!

Your website is so easy to use! But the best part of my experience with Custom Ink is my interactions with your staff. They are always friendly, attentive, and work to make sure I am getting what I need from a printed shirt.
